Workshop Introduction

This document was created to provide an outline for a proposed distance learning workshop. Two different workshops could be delivered using this outline as a starting point. A two hour abbreviated format would provide the  participants with an overview and a bibliography. A one day format would provide the participants with a more detailed discussion of each topic. Some hands-on web development work could be provided in the one day version as well.
