Course Information

The theme of the course is circuits for wireless transceiver systems. It provides an overall perspective and detailed circuit design techniques. The course will start with refreshing some basic analog circuit design techniques and concepts. Review of basic analog integrated circuit design. Transceiver architectures. An overview of the typical circuit requirements for wireless communication systems is given. The challenges for the implementation of highly integrated transceivers are discussed including technological, circuit-level and architectural aspects.
