Problem 2: The circuit diagram shown below represents a security system that turns on four lights outside a building.  Each resistor represents one light.  There are two control switches that determine when the lights will come on.  The timer clock switch closes from 6PM to 8AM.  The photocell switch closes for a period of a half hour following the disruption of any of a set of infrared beams.  Each light has a resistance of 240 ohms.
