Gateway Director and Governing Board

The Governing Board (GB) includes the Principal Investigator/Director and one representative (and an alternate if desired) from each of the member Gateway institutions. The Governing Board has responsibility for Coalition policy, direction, and broadly-identified resource allocation. The Governing Board members participate in making and implementing the decisions and have a significant responsibility for communicating the consensus of the Board to others. They also participate in the representation of Gateway and its activity to others at their institution and provide feedback to the board. The Governing Board Member is a proactive participant with the Program Area Leaders and together they serve as advocates in presenting program plans to the Governing Board.

Currently there are 12 Members and Alternates to the Governing Board.
