The New Jersey Institute of Technology has included its Fundamentals of Engineering Design (FED) course into its undergraduate engineering curricula since 1993. As part of this curriculum revision, we have undertaken surveys of students in the course in order to obtain the feedback necessary to revise the course to improve the student learning experience. This file contains the survey forms used by NJIT for its FED courses from fall 1999 through spring 2001.
