Big Sister/Little Sister's objective is to match incoming female freshman with female upperclassmen. Over the summer they both get to know each other and begin to network. A Big Sister's job is to lead their Little Sister all through their career at NJIT. There is also a concurrent project where alumnae are matched with a Big Sister. This program provides students with a unique perspective of what it is like to work in their chosen field.
