The Women in Engineering and Technological Fields Initiative (FEMME Programs) is a continuum of programs developed to address the needs of fourth through ninth grade female students during their elementary and secondary education. This program is designed to enhance their math and science skills, improve self-esteem and self-confidence, and encourage them to choose careers in technological fields. Students will meet women scientist, engineers and computer experts and find out about their careers.
