This course is designed to provide a fairly detailed understanding of how products are made in factories. Starting with the financials of a business, the course takes the student through the manufacturing infrastructure, enterprise resource planning ERP (including demand management, master scheduling and materials requirements planning), Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management and ends with Customer Service. In almost every lesson simple quantitative examples are used to illustrate the concepts covered.
