A monograph, one in a series on Engineering Education Excellence sponsored by the Gateway Coalition, discusses a college-wide assessment and CQI system developed to ensure the educaional programs of the college are achieving expectations held for them. The monograph presents examples and details regarding the tools, policies, processses, and procedures that were developed.
