LEAP is the Cooper Union School Of Engineering's new leadership initiative in engineering education, designed to offer engineering students a structured, yet flexible, selection of participatory leadership opportunities, workshops, courses, and experiences. The goal of LEAP is to cultivate the professional and personal skills of engineering students and to enhance their leadership potential in both college and the workplace, thereby advancing the profession of engineering.
