These resources demonstrate some of Ohio State's efforts to support the recruitment and retention of women and minorities in engineering education. Resources include sample presentations developed to take to high schools and community colleges, descriptions of workshops given in the service of recruitment and retention, and a sample newsletter to K-12 science and math teachers.
