The aim of the Women in Engineering is to create a dynamic, evolving medium to facilitate the interactions between faculty and students and to access to up-to-date information and resources pertinent to
women in engineering with emphasis on the needs of current and future women engineering students and faculty.
The objectives are to inform young women and general public of the achievements of women engineers. The organization also informs the community of the various opportunities available to women. They also encourage women engineers to attain higher levels of education. Members have many opportunities to participate. They can participate in professional development programs, networking, and leadership development
