The red on/off button is located on the bottom of the bat and
acts as a "remote control" for the Coach Baseball unit.
When the on/off button is pushed in, the bat is turned on as well as
the Coach Baseball unit through the use of a radio control component.

The bat also has a red response button located above the bat's grip
that allows the user to
respond to Coach Baseball's questions. The user
will either have to press the button once or twice
depending on his answer to Coach Baseball's questions.

An LCD screen is located near the upper part of the bat to give the user
visual access to his/her perfomance, statistics, and Coach Baseball's responses.
